Inner peace

I am passing this on to you because it definitely worked for me and we all could use more calm in our lives.

By following the simple advice I heard on a Medical TV show, I have actually finally found inner peace.

A Doctor proclaimed the way to achieve inner peace is to finish all the things you have started.

So I looked around my house to see things I started and hadn’t finished; and, before leaving the house this morning, I finished off a bottle of Merlot, a bottle of Cardonay , a bole of Baileys, a butle of Kehuha, a pockage of Prunglies, tha mainder of bot Prozic and Valum scriptins, the res of the Chesescke, an a bax a cholates. Yu haf no idr who gud I fel.

:) Maybe I should start those bottles of wine I’ve got in the cupboard….. now that you’ve given me an excuse to finish them. :)

How do you find peace? Learn that happiness is a daily choice - that our daily attitude creates either positive or negative feelings. At the end of the day, we can control our happiness by the way we choose to view life. And that attitude, through an ongoing rollercoaster, is tough to maintain.

Hgp, it was late at night when I first read your peace post and since everyone else in the house was asleep, I struggled to keep my laughter silent.. What effort it required!!

Btw, couldn’t have chosen a more appropriate pic!! Where and how you must have found it would be another story, i suppose..

    Cheers

A bit of lite relief was all that was intended so I’m glad it hit the mark with a few nookers. We all need the odd laugh now and again.
